Applies to 12 month employees only. A maximum of 10 vacation days may carry over from one year to the next. If an employee leaves employment having taken vacation days in excess in the number they have earned at that point during the fiscal year, pay for the excess days taken will be deducted from the employee last paycheck. It is the recordkeeper at each school who will need to make sure employee's vacation days are pro-rated correctly on termination form. Please call Personnel, 826-1757 ext 305.
