The Jackson County Board of Education met in Regular Session on Thursday November 12, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. at East Central Lower Elementary School Library, 5621 Highway 614, Moss Point, Ms.

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Board Chairman Fountain. Board Member Turner gave the invocation and Board Member Sims led the Pledge of Allegiance.
