f.y.i. and DISCUSSION - EAST CENTRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM OUTSTANDING CHANGE ORDERS and PROBLEMS: As presented, shown on page 15N. The board agreed that Construction Change Directive No. 6 (Thicker Slab) was approved, Construction Change Directive No. 7 (Art Room Sink) was approved. Translucent window panels: Installation of cut (on site modified) translucent window panels will not be acceptable. Installation of the roof over the panel face will not be acceptable. Jackson County School District will not be liable for any additional cost associated with the fabrication of the  translucent window panels.

f.y.i. and DISCUSSION - EAST CENTRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM RFI # 3 - EXISTING WALL at LOCKER ROOM:As presented, shown on page 15O. Proposed Change Order No. 6 (RFI #3 – Existing Wall at Locker Room X126) would be moved to the next agenda.

f.y.i. and DISCUSSION - EAST CENTRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM RFI # 13 - BRICK REMOVAL and ISTALLATION:As presented, shown on page 15P. Proposed Change Order (RFI #13 – Brick Removal and Installation), additional compensation above stated in Construction Change Directive No. 3 and No. 4 is not justified. Proposed Change Order for Construction Change Directive No. 3 stated that the cost to tear out and use brick from the existing building was for the balance of brick the project. A letter to the contractor will be written.
