The Jackson County Board of Education met in Regular Session on Monday, August 08, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. at the Jackson County Board of Education Building, 12210 Colonel Vickrey Road,Vancleave, Mississippi.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION: CHEVRON, STAR ENERGY SERVICES AND SIEMENS BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES, INC.: Chevron, Star Energy Services and Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., presented to the board powerpoint presentations about their companies. Information covered included: lighting retrofit, upgrades on piping and HVAC equipment, types of equipment their company provides, estimates of energy savings, and energy management. Each company spoke about how they would be the best energy management service for the Jackson County School District. A recommendation will be made at the August 29, 2005 board meeting.
