SAMUEL THOMLEY - DEPOSIT, HOUSE ON HIGHWAY 57 (BECK): Samuel Thomley was present to answer and discuss the moving of the Beck home. Mr. Thomley is to make a $4000.00 deposit by Thursday, May 4, 2006 to secure that the house will be moved by June 4, 2006. If the house has not been moved by that deadline, the deposit will be non-refundable. If the house is moved before the deadline, Mr. Thomley's deposit will be refunded in full.

Motion by Turner, second by Sims to approve that a $4000.00 deposit is to be made by May 4, 2006 and refunded in full only if the house has been moved by the deadline, with the following vote taken:

SCHOOL CAMPUS UPDATES: Mr. Leonard Collins provided an update on St. Martin East Elementary, St. Martin North Elementary, St. Martin Middle School, Vancleave Lower Elementary and Vancleave Middle School projects.

Vancleave Lower Elementary School should be completed by August 2006

Vancleave Middle School is on schedule

St. Martin North Elementary is very far behind.

St. Martin East Elementary is very close to completion

St. Martin Middle School canopies are in progress
