Cheerleading Tryouts Any student that is interested in trying out for the Middle School cheerleading squad needs to pick up a tryout packet from office 814. Permission form and money is due Friday, February 19th. |
Junior Tennis Jr. Tennis League applications are in the front office (#814) if you are interested. Open to students thru 12 years old. |
Spelling Bee Congratulations to Annie Blair!! Annie won 1st place at the Jackson County Spelling Bee last night and will now travel to Jackson, MS in March to compete in the state championship! Way to go Annie!! SMMS is proud of you! |
Reading Fair St. Martin Middle School held their annual reading fair on January 25th. 6th grader winners are: 1st place Olivia Melvin, 2nd place Adriana Cook, and 3rd place Paulina Reynolds. 7th grade winners are: 1st place Laz Quave, 2nd place Dylan Dupree, and 3rd place Emma Kate Mallette. 1st place winners from both grades went on to compete in the district competition.
