Welcome to Mrs. Moran's English class! Here at St. Martin High School, I teach English 10, English 11, and AP Language and Composition (AP ENG III).

I am a Yellow Jacket through and through, as I graduated from St. Martin in 1991, and returned here to begin my teaching career. After attending the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, I knew there was only one place to be--right here!

I taught in the blue building the year it was opened and SMHS made the transistion to a 4X4 schedule. After three years here, my family and I relocated to Savannah, GA, where I taught at Windsor Forest High School for six years.

In fourteen years, I have taught English for grades 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, as well as several elective courses.

I have been married to Coach Moran, a chemistry teacher and coach here at SMHS, for 18 years. We have four children, all of them little Yellowjackets!

I am very dedicated to making SMHS remain at the top of the "Best Schools" list, and hope to be a part of this faculty for many years to come.
