Our School Secretaries:

Ready with a Helping Hand

Our school secretaries are here to help. There is more to this job than just answering the phone and greeting visitors. Our secretaries are responsible for wide variety of jobs. These jobs include:

• Dealing with the public, students, and school personnel.
• Handling school information.
• Typing reports, letters, articles, etc.
• Maintaining all student and teacher records of attendance.
• Handling the office mail.
• Ordering all school supplies.
• Preparing payroll information.
• Being a good listener.

These are just a few of the responsibilities of our school secretaries. There is an endless list of daily tasks which are also performed.

Our secretaries play an important role in the organization of ECUE. Without them, our building would not run as efficiently. We want to thank Mrs. Benita and Mrs. Amy for all their diligent work. They are truly valuable to our school!
