CURRICULUM PRESENTATION - VANCLEAVE UPPER ELEMENTARY: Vancleave Upper Elementary Life Skills Teacher, Tammy Miller, presented to the board a curriculum powerpoint presentation. She demonstrated several styles of teaching to improve Social and Community Living Skills for her students.

APPROVE RENT ADJUSTMENT DUE TO REAPPRAISAL OF LAND - CHARLES AND DANIELLE RODRIGUEZ: Motion by Turner, second by Sims to approve the rent adjustment due to reappraisal of land for Charles and Danielle Rodriguez. Section 16-6-7 consisting of .4 acres at $2,360.00 annually, which is 5% of the appraisal value, as shown on page 58-D, with the following vote taken:

a. APPROVE BUS MAINTENANCE FACILITY SITE OPTIONS: Site Option #4 was previously approved November 15, 2007. The board recommends David Hardy conduct further research on the approve site option #4.

b. REVISED SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW ST. MARTIN HIGH SCHOOL: Jennifer Seymour presented to the board a revised schedule for the new St. Martin High School as shown on page 58-H
